Fuel pump
Function
Fuel pump: keeps pressure of the injectors supply
duct.
Fuel level sensor: provides the instrument panel
with information on the fuel level in the tank and
the reserve status.
Operation / Operating principle
The fuel level sensor varies its resistance accord-
ing to the position of the relative fuel float im-
mersed in the tank. The signal is read by the
instrument cluster that translates it in visual infor-
mation for the rider.
