Next Window

Selects the next window of the current view.
When this key is selected in Help Mode, it toggles focus between the table of contents window and the
topic pane window.

One and only one window is always selected. The selected window has the focus and all key presses are
going to that window.
The selected window has a green boundary. If a window is not selected, its boundary is gray.
If a window in a multi-window display is zoomed it is still outlined in green. If there is only one window,
the green outline is not used. This allows the user to distinguish between a zoomed window and a display
with only one window.
The selected window is local to each Measurement. Each Measurement remembers which window is
selected. The selected window for each Measurement is remembered in Mode state.
