Slide the transceiver until the connector is seated in the SYSIOC slot. If you are unable

to fully insert the transceiver, make sure the connector is facing the right way.
Close the ejector handle of the transceiver.

To replace an AC power supply:
Attach an ESD grounding strap to your bare wrist and connect the strap to one of the

ESD points on the chassis. For more information about ESD, see "Preventing
Electrostatic Discharge Damage to the SRX1400 Services Gateway" on page 149.
Remove the power cord from the power supply.

Push the tab on the left edge of the power supply to the right.

Pull the power supply straight out of the chassis using the provided handle. Use one

hand to support underneath the supply as you remove it. See Figure 46 on page 132.
