The procedure below details how to refit gearbox, axis 6.

Action
Remove the gearbox axis 6 by lifting it out
carefully.
Action
DANGER
Turn off all:
•
electric power supply to the robot
•
hydraulic pressure supply to the ro-
bot
•
air pressure supply to the robot
Before entering the robot working area.
Make sure the o-ring is fitted to the rear of
the gearbox. Lubricate the o-ring with
grease.
Release the holding brake of motor axis 6.
Foundry Plus:
Apply Loctite 574 flange sealant on the
contact surface.
