Use this procedure to inspect the bearings, balancing device.

Action
Move axis 2 to calibration position.
DANGER
Turn off all:
•
electric power supply to the robot
•
hydraulic pressure supply to the
robot
•
air pressure supply to the robot
Before entering the robot working area.
Remove locknuts (KM10), sealing rings
and support washers.
Fit the auxiliary shafts on upper and
lower axes of balancing device.
The shafts should be tightened to their
bottom position.
