Use this procedure to refit the parallel arm.

Action
Refitting of the parallel arm is best performed on a
workbench.
Apply some grease on the shafts on the parallel
arm.
Refit a spacing sleeve on each shaft.
Refit a bearing on each shaft with pressing tool,
lower arm.
