RAP 2.79 Exit Conveyor Full Sensor

Exit Conveyor I/O PWB Input 1
During normal operation, the Exit Conveyor
stops when the "Full" sensor is covered. The
sensor is located as shown in Figure 2-120.
Possible Fault Indicators
"Output Conveyor Full" message
is displayed while the sensor is not cov-
ered.
Initial actions
If covered, uncover the sensor.
On Exit Conveyors, adjust the sensor such that
the sensing surface is as far away from the table
surface as possible.
Check and repair wire 47, 73, and 74 at the Exit
Conveyor terminal block.
Procedure
1. Switch the main power ON and go to the
Exit Conveyor diagnostic screen (GP 6.2 In-
put/Output Diagnostics). Make sure that the
sensor is not obstructed. Is input "Tray Full"
off?

Disconnect wire 47 from the Exit Conveyor
I/O PWB (Figure 2-121). Does the input
switch off?
Y
N
Disconnect power and replace the Exit
Conveyor I/O PWB (REP 4.26 Acces-
sory PWB Replacement).
Go to GP 6.7 Diffuse Sensors (PL 5.67 Exit
Conv. 56420TCA (1/3) or PL 5.70 Exit Conv.
Elec. Panel EE-3566).
2. Short wire 47 to wire 74. Does the input
switch on?

Disconnect power and replace the Exit Con-
veyor I/O PWB (REP 4.26 Accessory PWB
Replacement).
3. Go to GP 6.7 Diffuse Sensors (PL 5.67 Exit
Conv. 56420TCA (1/3) or PL 5.70 Exit Conv.
Elec. Panel EE-3566).
