RAP 2.80 Final Actions/System
Checks
Use the following procedure to ensure accepta-
ble machine performance before closing the ser-
vice call.
Procedure
1. Reinstall all covers.
2. Close all doors.
3. Verify that the accessory machines are lo-
cated at their normal operating locations and
settings are as described in the installation
manual.
4. Run at least ten books through the machine.
Do the books feed through the machine cor-
rectly?

Go to CMT-130TC Installation and Operator
Manual for proper setup of the trimmer's ac-
cessories.
5. Are the books of acceptable quality?
Y N
Go to BQ 3.1 Book Quality Entry Rap.
6. Record service activities in the machine's
Service Log.
7. Enter maintenance mode at the console and
record knife count and machine count in the
Service Log.
If other upgrades were made, update the Ser-
vice Log
