RAP 2.66 Stacker Input Power

The Vertical Stacker receives power and com-
munications from the CMT-130TC by way of a
power cable and communications cable that
come from the trimmer.
Possible Fault Indicators
The Stacker is not listed as a connected
accessory on the startup screen or diag-
nostic screen.
The roller motor never runs.
Initial Actions
Check that all cables between the trimmer, Ele-
vator, and Tilt Infeed Conveyor are securely fas-
tened and are not damaged.
Check that the top door on the Stacker is se-
curely closed.
Procedure
1. Switch the main power ON and press the
green start button to initialize the trimmer.
Does the trimmer's hydraulic motor come
on?
Y
N
Go to RAP 2.15 Starter Circuit
2. Remove the Stacker's rear cover to access
the Stacker's electrical panel. Is there 120
VAC between wires 23 at SSR1 and wire 22
at the electrical panel?
Y
N
Is there 120VAC at wires 120 and 22 at the
electrical panel?
Y
N
Check for loose or damaged cables be-
tween the trimmer and Stacker. Check
for loose or damaged wire connections
inside the Stacker electrical panel area.
2. Status Indicator RAPs
Reset circuit breaker CB1 if tripped. If circuit
breaker continues to trip, use applicable
schematic to troubleshoot affected circuit
(Section 7, Wiring Data).
3. Switch off main power and check fuse F1 on
the Stacker PWB. Is the resistance less
than 2 Ohms?
Y
N
Replace blown fuse.
4. Stacker input power is normal. If the roller
motor still does not run, go to RAP 2.68
