Determine the book quality problem and go to
the relevant RAP.
Book Quality Problem
Cuts appear scraped or rough
Cut at bottom cover appears jagged or rough
Cut surfaces appear scraped or rough and bottom cover appears jagged
Rectangular shaped crease lines on cover
Linear crease lines on cover along cut edges
Bottom covers are scratched
Cut surfaces are concave or tapered
Books not cut completely through
Books are not cut square
Books are not trimmed accurately
