RAP 2.15 Starter Circuit

Inputs 1 and 24, Output 7
The IR relay enables the operation of several
actions within the trimmer and accessories. It
also enables the operation of the hydraulic mo-
tor relay (HMR). The HMR relay enables opera-
tion of the hydraulic system. Both relays oper-
ate simultaneously.
Output 7 should be on when input 1 and 24 are
on.
Possible Fault Indicators

The hydraulic system will not switch on.

The gripper transport will not initialize on
startup.

An Interlock Relay error message is dis-
played on the screen.

A motor starter error message is dis-
played on the screen.
Initial Actions
Check for loose wires at the HMR and IR relays.
Check for loose wires at all door interlocks, start,
and e-stop buttons. Check for loose wires at the
overload relay, OLH which is mounted to the
HMR relay.
Procedure
1. Go to RAP 2.13 Start/Remote Cut Buttons.
2. Go to RAP 2.14 E-Stop/Remote E-Stop But-
tons.
3. Go to RAP 2.16 Hydraulic Motor Relay.
4. Go to RAP 2.12 Interlock Relay.
5. Go to RAP 2.10 Door Interlocks.

6. Call for technical support. The hydraulic
motor may need replacement (PL 5.23 Hy-
draulic Power Unit – 60Hz 59010 or
7. PL 5.24 Hydraulic Power Unit – 50Hz
59010-1).
