RAP 2.2 Error Messages
An error message will appear on the display
screen often times when there is a fault. The fol-
lowing table contains the complete list of possi-
ble error messages. Always attempt to resolve
and clear the error message before performing
the recommended procedures in this list (for ex-
ample, for an open door message, close the
door). It may be necessary to switch the power
OFF and back ON in order to clear the mes-
sage. If the error message cannot be resolved
or continues to be displayed, follow the associ-
ated recommended procedures shown below.

Accuracy is out of range
Bar Code Error
Book At Thickness Sensor Unexpectedly
Book finish length outside limits
Book finish width outside limits
Book in Elevator JAM Error
Book Start length outside limits
Book Start width outside limits
Book Thickness value too large
Book Length & Trim combination too large
Book did not reach Width sensor in time
Connection Lost to I/O Motor Controller!
