Chapter 7 Provisioning Connections Using the Console Interface
Adding a Circuit Emulation-to-Circuit Emulation PVC Connection
The commands on this window have the following functions:

2 Select the Add an Entry field, and press Enter.
a. Type a network service access point (NSAP) address in hexadecimal
format up to 20 bytes (160 bits) long (10 groups of 4 characters
each), and press the Tab key.
b. In the Num Bits field, type a value from 1–152 for the NSAP address
mask, and press the Tab key.
c. In the Slot Port Chnl field, type the slot, port, and channel values
for the ATM-cell-bearing I/O module that has a configured ATM IISP
(User or Network) interface.
d. Press Enter to add the entry to the table.
3 Repeat step 2 as many times as needed to add entries to the table.
4 To permanently save these table entries, press Ctrl+G to return to the
Console Interface Main Menu window.
5 Select Save Configuration, and press Enter to store the values to the
Multiservice Media Gateway system database.
