20.3.2 Output comparison
The output compare module consists of 16-bit compare registers, compare output pins, and control regis-
ter. If the value written to the compare register of this module matches the 16-bit free-run timer value, the
output level of the pin can be reversed and an interrupt can be issued.
•
Two compare registers exist that can be used independently. Depending on the setting, the two com-
pare registers can be used to control pin outputs.
•
The initial value for the pin output can be specified.
•
An interrupt can be issued upon a match as a result of comparison.
