Internal Configuration
Table 1.2a lists the product lineup of the MB90580 series. All products are functionally identical except for
ROM and RAM sizes.
Note: MB90V580 is the evaluation device of MB90580 series, that has no internal ROM incorporated.
However it has 6Kbytes of internal RAM and the internal resources. The package of MB90V580 is
PGA-256C-A02.
