permanent_time The duration, in seconds, of the

known as the "start dial" timer). This

"critical" interdigital timer. This

timer starts at a point in digit
collection specified by the dialing
pattern, and if it expires before
another digit is received, dialing is
assumed to be completed. This is an

value is expressed in seconds. The
default value is 4.
