I-011G-A, I-011G-B, and I-110G-A ONTs are identical to the I-111G-A ONTs except
the I-011G-A does not have a POTS port and the I-110G-A does not have a Type F
coaxial connector.
4 Connect the Ethernet cable to the RJ-45 port (DLP 101).
5 Connect POTS and coaxial cables as required:

6 Connect the SC/APC fiber optic cable (DLP 125).
7 Install the power supply according to manufacturer specifications.
8 Connect the power cable with an 8-pin Molex connector to the ONT unit.
9 Power up the ONT unit by using the ON/OFF power switch.
10 If used, configure the SLID (DLP 129).
11 Verify the ONT LEDs, voltage status, and optical signal levels (DLP 127).
12 Activate and test the services (DLP 128).
13 If necessary, reset the ONT (DLP 126).
14 STOP. This procedure is complete.

NTP 136 — Install an I-011G-A, I-011G-B, I-110G-A, or I-111G-A indoor ONT
NTP 136-3 shows the connections for an I-111G-A indoor ONT. The
For the I-111G-A indoor ONT, connect the POTS cable to the RJ-11 port
(DLP 123) and the coaxial cable to the Type F connector (DLP 116).
For the I-110G-A indoor ONT, connect the POTS cable to the RJ-11 port
(DLP 123).
For the I-011G-A and I-011G-B indoor ONT, connect the coaxial cable to the
Type F connector (DLP 116).
Warning — Be careful to maintain a bend radius of no less than 1.5
inches (3.8 cm) when connecting the fiber optic cable. Too small of a
bend radius in the cable can result in damage to the optic fiber.
Note — Observe the following:
