Reassemble the Nose Roller

1. Reassemble in reverse order. Place a roller spacer
against each side of the bearing surface (Fig. 088).
Install the roller caps next, aligning the square of the
cap with the square of the bearing hub (Fig. 089).

ATTACHMENTS
2. Slide the nose roller back into the boom. Install the
screw, washer and pin assembly. Make sure the pin
assembly lines up with roller caps and bearing hub
(Fig. 090).
3. Torque the screw to 150 ft-lbs. + 15 ft-lbs. (203 + 20
Nm).
4. Grease the pin assembly with high temperature
Mobil grease (Fig. 091).
