Remote service ID2 incorrect error
The ID2 in the NVRAM on the controller board is incorrect.
• ID2 is not exactly 17 bytes.
• ID2 includes text which cannot be printed.
• ID2 is all filled by spaces.
• ID2 is null.
1. Clear the RC Gate data.
2. Reinstall the RC Gate after writing the common certificate.

EEPROM error
Retry of EEPROM communication fails three times after the machine has detected
the EEPROM error.
• Caused by noise
Turn the main power switch off and on.

The ready signal from the engine board is not detected.
• Defective BCU.
Replace the BCU.
