2. Installation
[User Tools]> "System Settings"> "Administrator Tools"> "Administrator Authentication Management">
"Available Settings"
• "Available Settings" is not displayed until Step 2 is done.
If this setting is not selected, tell the customer that this setting must be selected before you can do the

installation procedure.
• Installation Procedure
• Unplug the main machine power cord before you do the following procedure.
1. Turn off the main power switch if the machine is turned on.
2. Disconnect the network cable if it is connected.
3. Remove the SD card slot cover [A].
4. Turn the SD-card label to face the rear of the machine. Then push it slowly into slot 2 until you hear a
click.
5. Turn on the main power switch, and then enter the SP mode.
6. Select SP5878-002, and then press "Execute" on the LCD.
7. Exit the SP mode after "Completed" is displayed on the LCD.
8. Turn off the main power switch.
9. Remove the SD card from slot 2.
