10.6.1.5 interface vlan
This command is used to enter Interface-vlan configuration mode.
Syntax
interface vlan <vlanid>
<vlanid> - VLAN ID (Range: 1 - 4094).
Default Setting
None

10.6.1.6 ip address
This command sets the IP address, and subnet mask. The IP address and the gateway must be on the
same subnet.
Syntax
ip address <ipaddr> <netmask>
no ip address
<ipaddr> - IP address
<netmask> - Subnet Mask
no - Restore the default IP address and Subnet Mask
Default Setting
IP address : 0.0.0.0
Subnet Mask : 0.0.0.0

Once the IP address is set, the VLAN ID's value will be assigned to management VLAN.
