This command displays switch system information.
Syntax
show system

Display Message
System Description: Text used to identify this switch.
System Object ID: The manufacturing ID
System Information
System Up Time: The time in days, hours and minutes since the last switch reboot.
System Name: Name used to identify the switch.
System Location: Text used to identify the location of the switch. May be up to 31
alpha-numeric characters. The factory default is blank.
System Contact: Text used to identify a contact person for this switch. May be up to 31
alphanumeric characters. The factory default is blank.
MAC Address: The burned in MAC address used for in-band connectivity.
Operational MAC Address: The MAC address currently used for in-band connectivity.
Web Server: Displays to enable/disable web server function
Web Server Port: Displays the web server http port
Web Server Java Mode: Specifies if the switch should allow access to the Java applet in the
header frame. Enabled means the applet can be viewed. The factory default is disabled.
Protocol Current: Indicates which network protocol is being used. The options are bootp | dhcp
| none.
DHCP Client Identifier TEXT: DCHP client identifier for this switch.
