Troubleshooting
• Reset unit.
• Set the deceleration time longer.
• Dimensioning of the brake chopper is not correct.
• Use external brake resistor.
11.1.105 Fault 42 - Brake resistor overtemperature, Subcode S2 - Brake resistance too high (BCU)
Cause
Brake resistor overtemperature protection has detected too heavy braking.
Troubleshooting
• Reset unit.
• Set the deceleration time longer.
• Dimensioning of the brake chopper is not correct.
• Use external brake resistor.
11.1.106 Fault 42 - Brake resistor overtemperature, Subcode S3 - Brake resistance too low (BCU)
