Setting Restore Tool backs up the settings data of the device to a network-connected
computer to prevent the loss of data resulting from the malfunction of the device's storage.
The feature is designed to restore data to the device after the storage is replaced.

You can back up the setting data of the device when the storage and the Ethernet interface are installed on
the device.
The following data can be backed up on the computer:

 Folder (except for document files)
 User account list
Job Flow

