Checking your Messages (Multiline Terminal Only)
To check your messages:
1. Press the Message key.
You can have any combination of the message types in the table below on your telephone.

If you see. . .
VOICE MESSAGE
n MESSAGES
CHECK MESSAGE VRS
GENERAL MESSAGE
CHECK MESSAGE
2. Press VOL v or VOL
3. When you find the message you want to answer, press the Speaker key. You will either:
Go to your Voice Mail mailbox.

Listen to the new General Message.
N
Automatically call the extension that left you a Message Waiting.
N
Voice Mail Integration (Analog)
New messages in your Voice Mail mailbox
Not listened to the current General Message
Message Waiting requests left at your telephone by your
(name)
co-workers
w to scroll through your display.
