Conditions

Each CNF(16)-U20 ETU reduces the total number of station ports available in the Electra
Elite IPK II system by eight or 16 depending on the assignment in Program 10-03-01 Unit
Configuration.
The CNF(16)-U20 ETU uses Digital Voice Mail (DVM) ports assigned in Program 10-03-01

Unit Configuration.

The CNF(16)-U20 ETU shares the total number of available DVM ports with VM, Elite ACD
Plus, CTI, and Elite Q-Master.
r
The CNF(16)-U20 ETU is a standalone Conference Bridge that cannot be linked with
another CNF ETU to increase the number of conferences.
r
Conference ports should be placed in a Class of Service (COS) with no enabled alert tones.
r
In Simple Mode, the call duration time starts when the last person joins the conference.
r
A scheduled conference with nine or more participants automatically disables the
participant announce feature.
r
In Simple Mode, all participants have the same conference password. Default passwords
are :

Conference 2 222222

Conference 3 333333

Custom Greeting is automatically enabled after the user accepts the newly recorded
greeting.
Entry or Exit announcement can be disabled during conference setup per conference.

Participants are not requested to record name when Entry/Exit announcement is disabled.

All passwords must have six digits.
In Simple Mode, only the number of conferences, duration, password, and participant
r
announce can be edited from the web browser interface.
r
Edit options do not take effect until the conference is idle.
When adding a CNF(16)-U20 ETU to a KSU, the slot must be assigned to match SW1
r
setting on the ETU or it will not initialize.
