Customize the 1-digit Service Code used for DND/Call Forward Override.
15-07-01 Programming Function Keys
Assign a function key for Call Forwarding/Do Not Disturb Override (code 37).
20-06-01 Class of Service for Extensions
Assign a Class of Service (1~15) to an extension.
20-13-04 Class of Service Options (Supplementary Service) - Call Forwarding/DND Override
In an extension's Class of Service, enable (1) or disable (0) the ability to initiate Call Forwarding/
DND Override.
Operation
To override an extension's Call Forwarding or Do Not Disturb:
1. Call the forwarded or DND extension.
2. Press the Override key (PGM 15-07 or SC 751: 37).
