The Gateway power supply and cables should be installed away from high power/high RF
noise devices such as computers, fans, fluorescent ballast, or power supplies.
Good wiring practices are required. Do not run wires across devices such as fluorescent

lights, computers, or air conditioners to avoid introducing noise in the modems.

The distance between the PBX/KTS and the Gateway unit must not exceed 500 feet.
When 5-, 6-, or 7-digit station numbers are used, this feature is not available.
