The following software items are installed on the PC:
r
Call Data Manager (CDM) to collect call records from the system.

Elite CallAnalyst and Elite CallAnalyst Lite (version depends on license purchased) to allow

reports and other CallAnalyst features.
Scheduler (default installed) to allow reports and database archival depending on the Elite
J
CallAnalyst version.
Elite CallAnalyst Manual (default installed, PDF format).

The following optional modules of Elite CallAnalyst Software require license upgrade:

Network Client
J
Network clients must then call NEC for additional licensing. The license is issued on the
CallAnalyst Server installation. All license information is maintained on the server PC.
Because the license is unique to the PC where the server is installed, you must follow the help
files in the license screen to move the license to another location.
Fraud Alert

This protects against telephone abuse. (No additional license is required.)
r Refer to the Elite CallAnalyst Manual installed with the software for more detailed
information.
r SMDR does not print Intercom calls.
r The SMDR call buffer stores 500 calls. The buffer stores calls when the SMDR device is
unavailable. When the buffer fills, the oldest record is deleted to allow the new record to be
saved.
