20-01-01 System Options - Operator Access Mode
Use this program to set up priority of a call when calling an operator telephone (0 = Step,
1 = Circular).
20-17-01 Operator's Extension - Operator's Extension Number
Designate an extension an operator. When an extension user dials "0" or "9" (defined by
Program 11-01, Type 5), calls go to the operator selected in this program.
If you do not assign an extension in Program 90-11-01, system alarms appear on the extension
assigned in this option.
