A database from an existing OS/2-based EliteMail CTI product can be migrated to the
Linux-based CTI LX and CTI LX Lite.
r
The TeLANophy license is included with both systems and includes five seats of View Mail
and five seats of View Call Plus.
r
A modem is included for remote maintenance.
r
The EliteMail CTI LX can be configured for 4-, 8-, 12-, or 16-ports.
The EliteMail CTI LX Lite can be configured for 4- or 8-ports.
r
The Caller ID display is supported (by name and number, when available) using the
r
telephone, View Mail, View Call Plus, and View Mail for Microsoft Messaging (VMM).
The operating system is Linux.

The EliteMail CTI LX supports up to two Fax ports on 4- and 8-port systems.

The EliteMail CTI LX supports up to four Fax ports on 12- and 16-port systems.
r
The EliteMail CTI LX Lite does not support the Fax Mail feature.
A database from a DOS-based EliteMail CMS, FMS, VMS, VMP cannot be migrated to the

Linux based EliteMail CTI LX or EliteMail CTI LX Lite.

When 5-, 6-, or 7-digit station numbers are used, this feature is not available.
The OS/2 based EliteMail CTI on the CTI( )-U10 board does not support the following

features when used in the IPK II:
Caller ID Display via telephone, View Mail, View Call Plus or View Mail for Microsoft
