Rotor - Install (K.64.C.54 - F.10.A.15)
1. Carefully lower the rotor assembly (1) into the chop-
per body (2). Take care not to damage the antiwrap
plates (3) during rotor installation.
Position the antiwrap plates (3) to align mounting
holes in the chopper body during rotor installation.
Insert anti-wrap plate retaining bolts through the an-
tiwrap plate and chopper body from the inside of the
chopper body.
2. Install the three retaining nuts (1) onto the antiwrap
plate retaining bolts. Tighten the three retaining nuts
securely. Repeat for the opposite side.
3. Lower the lifting device (1) and remove the slings
and/or chains (2). Remove the slings and/or chains
from the rotor (3).
Next operation:
Follow instructions for installation of the LH and RH bearings and chopper body, following installation of the rotor
into the chopper body. (See Rotor Bearing - Install (K.64.C.54.22 - F.10.A.15) and Frame - Install (K.64.C.70 -
F.10.A.15))
