4. Turn the idler wheel (1) over and remove the remain-
ing bearing (2).
5. Remove the two retaining rings (1) from the idler
wheel (2).
6. Inspection
Clean all parts in a suitable solvent and allow to air
dry.
7. Rotate the bearings by hand and check for rough-
ness or binding. Replace as necessary.
8. Inspect the idler wheel for cracks, damage or exces-
sive wear. Repair or replace as necessary.
9. Assembly
Install the two retaining rings (1) into the idler wheel
(2).
