10. Turn the sheave over and use a suitable bearing
driver (1), to remove the remaining sealed, ball bear-
ing from the sheave (2).
11. Inspection
Clean all parts in a suitable solvent and allow to air
dry.
12. Rotate all bearings by hand and check for roughness,
binding or wear. Replace as necessary.
13. Inspect the countershaft for wear or damage. Repair
or replace as necessary.
