Drive system Intermediate shaft - Remove (K.64.C.40.30 - F.10.A.10)
1. Loosen the front drive belt tensioner (1) and remove
the front drive belt (2) from the intermediate drive
sheave (3).
2. Unlatch the rear drive belt idler pulley tension handle
(1), and remove the rear drive belt from the interme-
diate drive sheave.
NOTE: Steps 3 and 4 are necessary to gain clearance
to remove the rear drive sheave allowing the front drive
sheave/countershaft assembly to be removed.
3. Loosen the two retaining bolts (1) on the bottom of
the intermediate drive support bracket (2).
