Fan Shaft - Remove (K.62.B.52.43 - F.10.A.10)
1. Loosen and remove the nuts and bolts (1) securing
the fan shield (2) to the right side of the combine.
Remove the shield from the combine.
Remove the variator drive belt from the driven
fan sheave. (See Fan variator Belt - Remove
(K.62.B.53.44 - F.10.A.10) for removal procedure.)
Remove the driven sheave from the fan shaft. (See
Fan variator Driven disc - Remove (K.62.B.53.51
- F.10.A.10) for sheave removal procedure.)
2. Loosen and remove the carriage bolts and nuts (1)
and cap screws (3) securing the upper fan shield (2)
to the left side of the combine. Remove the upper
fan shield from the combine.
3. Loosen and remove the nuts and bolts (1) securing
the lower fan shield (2) to the left side of the combine.
Remove the shield from the combine.
