4. Disassembly
Remove the snap ring (1) from the bearing shaft (2).
5. Remove the two washers (1) from the bearing shaft
(2).
6. Press the bearing shaft (1) from the bearing (2).
7. Inspection
Wash all parts in a suitable solvent and allow to air
dry.
Rotate bearing by hand to check for roughness or
binding. Replace as necessary.
Inspect roller shaft for wear, burrs, nicks or other
damage. Replace as necessary.
