7. Assembly
Place a retaining ring (1) into the groove on one side
of the idler wheel (2).
8. Pack both bearings with NLGI-2 lithium grease.
Install one bearing (1) into the idler wheel (2) with the
seal side of the bearing against the retaining ring.
9. Install the sleeve (1) into the installed bearing, posi-
tioning the air hole (2) as shown, in the "up" position.
