6. Tighten bolt (4) of the disc on both sides.
Tighten the bolt of the disc in the middle and the
counter nut to a torque of 27 - 33 Nm. (19.9 - 24.3
ft.lbs)
7. Remove the support of the straw flow beater.
8. Install straw flow beater plate (2) and tighten them
with bolts (1).
IMPORTANT: Check the run out of the shaft: May not
exceed more than 0.3 mm at both sides. If higher, loosen
bolts (1) of straw flow beater plates (2) and adjust the
flanges.
Next operation:
Install the drum variator drive disks.(refer to Drum variator Drive disc - Install (K.40.B.43.50 - F.10.A.15)).
