Shoe drive system Shaft - Remove (K.62.B.45.40 - F.10.A.10)
Prior operation:
Remove the cleaning shoe drive upper gearbox. (See Shoe drive system Upper gearbox - Remove (K.62.B.45.46
- F.10.A.10).)
Prior operation:
Remove the Variator drive sheave and cleaning fan belt. (See Fan variator Drive disc - Remove (K.62.B.53.50 -
F.10.A.10).)
1. Loosen and remove the two connecting rod small
end bolts (1), on the left side. Repeat for the right
side.
Loosen and remove the nut (2) and washer (3).
2. Use a suitable puller (1) to remove the connecting
rod (2), and eccentric block (3) as an assembly from
the right side of the eccentric shaft.
3. Use a suitable puller (1) to remove the connecting
rod (2), eccentric block and collar plate (3) as an
assembly from the left side of the eccentric shaft.
