Drive system Front drive belt - Install (K.64.C.40.10 - F.10.A.15)
1. Route the belt (1) over the idler pulley (2) onto the
intermediate drive sheave (3) and onto the gearbox
sheave (4).
2. Tighten the nut (1) on the idler pulley tension
spring (2), to adjust the tension on the idler pul-
ley. See Drive system Front drive belt - Adjust
(K.64.C.40.10 - F.45.A.01) for proper adjustment of
belt tension.
3. Install the belt guard (1) on the combine and secure
with retaining bolts (2) and nuts (3). Tighten the bolts
and nuts securely.
