10. Pack both bearings with NLGI-2 lithium grease and
install one bearing (1), seal side out into the back
(flat) side of the idler wheel (2). Insert the bearing
until seated against the retaining ring.
11. Turn the idler wheel over and install the center sleeve
(1), into the installed bearing, with the air hole (2)
positioned at the top of the sleeve.
12. Fill the cavity around the center sleeve with 8.5 cc's
of NLGI-2 lithium grease. Install the second bearing
(1) onto the center sleeve and into the idler wheel,
with the seal side of the bearing facing out. Insert
the bearing until seated against the retaining ring.
