Bubble-up auger drive system Gearbox - Install (K.60.B.40.46 -
F.10.A.15)
1. Install the bubble-up gearbox and tighten bolts (7).
2. Guide the auger into the lower bubble-up tube and
make sure the auger bottom fits over the gearbox
output shaft.
Install two bolts (4) of the bearing support with the
sensor.
3. Install the draw bar to upper bubble-up tube (3) and
tighten bolt (2).
Adjust the draw bar by loosening nuts (1) (only with
the grain tank extensions completely open) until the
gap between the two bubble-up tube is completely
removed.
Install the rope to the upper grain tank covers.
IMPORTANT: Check if the ball joints of the draw bar are
positioned in line.
