Drive system Front belt tensioner - Overhaul (K.64.C.40.11 -
F.10.A.40)
1. Removal
Loosen and remove the nut (1) lock washer (2) and
washer (3), from the mounting bolt (4).
Remove the idler wheel assembly (5) from the
mounting bolt (4).
Remove the bushing (6), washer (7) and mounting
bolt (4), from the lever (8).
2. Disassembly
Use a suitable bearing removal tool (1) and a ham-
mer to drive the center sleeve and bearing out of the
idler wheel (2).
3. Remove the bearing (1) and center sleeve (2) as an
assembly from the idler wheel (3). Separate the cen-
ter sleeve from the bearing.
