This parameter is used to set the deceleration ratio
of the spindle to shaft where the encoder is mounted.
Range: 0.000–30.000
P22.15 is used to set the zero-point offset of the
spindle. If you set P22.03 as the zero point of the
spindle, the final zero point of the spindle is P22.03
plus P22.15.
