FRONT DOOR LOCK

1. Outside handle
2. Lock key cylinder
3. Inside handle
4. Latch assembly
5. Latch striker
6. Inside look knob
7. Door lock actuator (if equipped)
1. Door latch
2. Outside handle
3. Retainer
4. Key cylinder
REMOVAL
1) Raise window all the way up.
2) Remove window regulator handle (if equipped), door inner gar-
nish, door trim, power window switch (if equipped), door sealing
cover and door rear sash (refer to FRONT DOOR GLASS AND
WINDOW REGULATOR REMOVAL).
3) After disconnecting each joint of control link and connector of
door lock actuator, remove door outside handle and door latch
ass'y.
BODY SERVICE 9-5
[A]: Without power door lock
[B]: With power door lock
Tightening torque:
(a): 5.5 N·m (0.55 kg-m, 4.0 lb-ft)
(b): 10 N·m (1.0 kg-m, 7.5 lb-ft)
