UNIT REPAIR OVERHAUL
DISASSEMBLY
1) Remove differential front cover (1) from differential front carrier
(2).
2) Remove differential side output oil seal from differential front
cover.
3) Remove differential case assembly (1) and shims (2).
4) Remove drive bevel gear (1).
5) Drive out differential pinion shaft pin from differential pinion shaft
(1) by using special tool and hammer.
