Bulb blown on "flash rate high"-side
Incorrect bulb
Turn signal/hazard warning relay faulty
Open circuit or high resistance existing
between Combination switch (turn sig-
nal/hazard warning switch) and light
on one side
Wiring or grounding faulty
HAZARD HORN and/or TURN BACK
fuse blown
Open circuit or high resistance existing
between battery and switch
Turn signal/hazard relay faulty
Combination switch (turn signal/haz-
ard warning switch) faulty
