Switches job spooling spooling on and off.

This SP determines whether the job interrupted at power off is resumed at the next power
on. This SP operates only when SP5828065 is set to 1.
1: Resumes printing spooled jog.
0: Clears spooled job.
69 Job Spool Protocol
This SP 8etermines whether job spooling is enabled or disabled for each pro to col. This is
a 8-bit setting.
