Choosing a Pad Input Mode

By default, your pads play all Sounds of the selected Group — we call this Group mode. Fur-
thermore they are velocity sensitive, meaning they will play louder if you hit them harder. You
can change this behavior and choose another pad mode in order to adapt your pads to various
situations.
Using the Controller in Pad Mode
The
PAD MODE
button located above the pads allows you to switch the controller to Pad
mode. This will map the Sounds contained in your Group to the pads.
To enter Pad mode:
Press
PAD
MODE.
The Pad Mode on the controller.
